Membership
- A membership covers all programmes and open-gym hours for the number of days in the plan, starting on the start date you choose.
- There is no joining fee — you pay only for your plan.
- Memberships do not renew automatically and there is no auto-debit. We send WhatsApp reminders before your last day.
Training safety
- Follow coach instructions at all times. Sparring is only allowed when a coach approves it, with the required protective gear.
- Tell your coach about injuries or medical conditions before class. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent.
- Martial arts training carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk within the gym's rules.
Your data & privacy
- We collect your name, contact details, date of birth, address, emergency contact and (optionally) photo, weight and medical notes to run your membership and keep you safe.
- Your WhatsApp number is used for receipts and renewal reminders only. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
- Medical notes are visible only to coaches and staff. Your photo is visible only to staff.
